PROJECT OVERVIEW

What Are We Working on with Karum Rouge?

Karum Rouge is a womenswear brand selling on Ticimax. We work together on advertising and the website; cart and stock-related WhatsApp messages have been sent through Pushouse since October 2023.

This page covers two things: our advertising and website work, and the results of WhatsApp automations in summer 2026. The rates were measured using Pushouse's message and order records; our measurement method is explained at the end of the page.

ADVERTISING AND WEBSITE

Advertising and Website Work

Catalog and Performance Max campaigns

We targeted high-intent audiences using Meta Advantage+ catalogue campaigns and Google Performance Max.

Product feed

We organized the product feed powering campaigns; showing the right product to the right person depends on it.

Product page and checkout

We made small interface improvements to product pages and checkout to reduce cart abandonment.

On our performance marketing agency page, we also summarize this work: 2,500% ROAS growth in 12 months. For our campaign services, visit our Meta advertising management and Google advertising management pages.

WHATSAPP AUTOMATIONS

Which WhatsApp Messages Are Working?

Cart reminder

Customers who abandon carts receive a WhatsApp reminder after a period, without repeated messages at short intervals.

Back-in-stock notification

Customers waiting for a sold-out product receive a WhatsApp notification when it returns to stock.

Other flows

Welcome, birthday and purchase-anniversary messages and shipping notifications are also active. The rates below measure only cart reminders and back-in-stock notifications.

RESULTS

Results Measured in Summer 2026

22.7%

Reminded carts that converted to orders within 7 days

Reminders from 9 July–21 September 2026

56.4%

Orders attributed to reminders within the first 24 hours

Orders from 9 July–6 October 2026

14.9%

customers who placed an order within 15 days of receiving a stock notification

Notifications from 9 July–21 September 2026

For comparison: in the same period and using the same definition, the median cart-reminder-to-order conversion rate across Pushouse stores was 8.4%.

“We met through friends’ recommendations… After a previous experience with a fraudulent agency, we were apprehensive at first, but this team is so warm and sincere… They really know their work and focus on solutions! We are so glad to know you. Here’s to many wonderful years together 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽”

MEASUREMENT METHOD

How Did We Measure These Rates?

  • Source: Pushouse message and order records.
  • Cart reminder rate: the share of cart reminders delivered between 9 July and 21 September 2026 that led to an order using the same phone number within 7 days.
  • Comparison: the median for Pushouse stores measured during the same period using the same definition was 8.4%.
  • First 24-hour share: time between reminder and order for reminder-attributed orders from 9 July to 6 October 2026.
  • Back-in-stock notification rate: the share of stock notifications delivered between 9 July and 21 September 2026 that led to an order using the same phone number within 15 days.
  • Attribution does not mean incremental sales: some of these orders might have happened without the reminder; the measurement has no comparison group.
  • Results vary by industry, product range, traffic, and campaign schedule; the same outcome is not guaranteed for other stores.

OUR APPROACH TO GROWTH

A holistic approach to order growth

For Karum Rouge, we treated campaigns, product pages and post-purchase communication as one customer journey. Interest initiated by catalogue ads was supported by product information and the checkout experience.

Keeping product information consistent between the ad and the store is central to this approach. Product selection, the landing page and the purchase action are therefore considered together.

WhatsApp flows for customers who abandon their carts or wait for stock continue this journey. In the existing case study, we share these flows, measured results and methodology separately. We keep the comparison of total order growth distinct from these automation rates.

We distinguish between a message being sent and its contribution to an order. This makes it clear which customer group and time window each result relates to.

We treated the product feed powering campaigns, the product page and checkout as parts of one project. The aim was to carry the interest sparked by ads into accurate in-store information and help customers complete their purchases.

Customers have different needs while a product is out of stock and when it becomes available again. Stock information, product links and communication timing are considered together to keep the return path to the product clear.
